We all knew about this story for World News two years ago! This story was in USA Today and Wired Magazine hailed it as “The Dumbest Police Case Ever”. However, we decided to release it again with the federal court documents and commentary attached. The Tallahassee Democrat ran a story about Rachel Hoffman today for front-page news which is exactly four years later as well.

Tallahassee Citizens should always have open-access in communications to their public servants including police officers and also their public information of public records. These Officers need to be fired and arrested if they can’t uphold the United States And Florida Constitutions as sworn to do because tax payer’s aren’t paying for Nazi, Germany’s “Secret Police Force” with our tax payers dollars! These Officers Are Betraying The Public Trust And Not Upholding Their Public Duty As Paid And Sworn To Do!
Rachel Hoffman was murdered as a drug informant working with Tallahassee Police Officers on May 7th, 2008. The Tallahassee Police Department was found to have violated numerous policies by Internal Affairs and had major negligence and incompetence to the botched police sting operation as determined by the Grand Jury. It resulted in “Rachel’s Law” being passed to better protect citizens working as drug informants and the City Of Tallahassee also paid a $2.6 Million Dollar Settlement recently to the family of Rachel Hoffman for their unnecessary loss of this young girl.
Ironically, Rob Brayshaw with his family as law-abiding citizens was being illegally harassed by Tallahassee Police Officers with a warrant signed for his arrest on the same day that Rachel Hoffman was murdered.
The illegal arrest warrant initiated by Tallahassee’s Crooked Police Officers Of Annette Garrett and Mike Dilmore was shown to be Unconstitutional under Florida Statute 843.17 in which it didn’t even apply to the unconstitutional law as illegally applied.
It was strictly a political retaliation because they didn’t like being exposed of their past crooked and sorry police work of police abuses. This story clearly shows that these lazy, dirty, incompetent and negligent police officers are not protecting and serving the citizens. They are completely endangering and disregarding the law while costing the tax payers their lives, injury and their money.
The Tallahassee Police Department needs a major oversight by a Real Citizen Review Board and also the FBI for their Illegal Criminal Enterprise under the RICO Act for their constant illegal color of law violations, conspiracy and pattern and practices. The Tallahassee Police Department’s Internal Affairs Along With The Florida Department Of Law Enforcement has a long history of good ol’ boy workings of police officer crimes and cover-ups for the cronyism and nepotism between the two agencies. Forbes recently stated that Tallahassee is the 8th Most Dangerous City In America.
This clearly shows that the weak-links of Tallahassee Police Staff need to be removed and replaced or they need to step it up. Tallahassee Police Officers don’t have time to chase legal addresses republished from phone books. They have numerous other unconstitutional arrests and frivilous petty non-sense with illegal police abuses for their cover-charges. Tallahassee Public Officials are writing checks that their bodies can’t cash which greatly explains the current operating state of both the State of Florida and City Of Tallahassee. It’s time for new government leaders that aren’t running the city like “The Dukes Of Hazzard”.
